Reactive Services
If your small business runs into any problems I can help out. I will come onsite to repair your PC's and will either charge you $80 an hour or my standard PC repair rate(depending on which saves you more money). For example if I spend 2 hours at your location performing a standard PC refresh on 3 PC's I would charge you $150 for the 3 PC refreshes and not $160 for the 2 hours. Please see the residential page if you would like to review my standard PC repair rates to get an idea of the cost.
Preventative Services
For a monthly fee I will perform preventative scans on all of your PC's. I will also respond to any technology related incidents that occur free of charge within one business day (you will still have to pay for parts if something needs replaced but NOT labor). After 4 months of service I could also provide one class a year for your employees and instruct them on how to be safer with and better utilize the technology in your small business. I will also provide "Vendor Support" if you find yourself calling the support team for a technology vendor often (such as whoever handles your point of sale system). If you are interested in this please give me a call as my offer may change based on how many devices and locations you have. Below is a list of my standard pricing and what would typically be offered with it.
$50 monthly fee
- 1 visit per month (preventative scans will be preformed and any IT questions that may have cropped up can be answered during this time)
- emergency services (emergencies will be handled ASAP based on your pricing tier)
$100 monthly fee
- bi-monthly visits (preventative scans will be preformed and any IT questions that may have cropped up can be answered during this time)

$200 monthly fee
- weekly visits (preventative scans will be preformed and any IT questions that may have cropped up can be answered during this time)
